Pure Water window cleaning:
Performed with a large water purification unit and can reach windows up to 5 stories high from the ground with water fed poles which extend up to 60ft. This is a new method which has come about in the last few years and has benefits towards OH&S legislation as it is less dangerous than abseiling and ladder work.

Building washing and Façade maintenance:
Soft washing is done with either a water fed pole (same as above) or a low pressure lance with the pressure cleaning machine. Sometimes they are chemical washed first if needed where mould or built up grime is present. It is good to set a building wash between 1-2 yearly basis. Painters recommend this to keep the life in there paint work.

High Pressure Cleaning/Pressure Blasting/Pressure Washing:
For hard surfaces mainly. Wooden decks can be pressure cleaned as well. Can be used with concrete, pavers, carparks, tennis courts, sandstone, brick etc.

Painting:
High rise and difficult access painting.

Rendering and Render Repairs:
Cracked render repairs are common in high rise buildings and full render work can be performed.

Bricklaying & Block Laying:
Any brick laying, block laying, retaining walls etc.

Hebel Block and Hebel wall installation:
Hebel is made by CSR. It is similar to a foamed concrete like material which has reo bars (metal support bars) inside it and comes in different sized blocks and large panels. Very commonly used in building internal walls in high rise buildings these days. Is also used on exterior of houses and as a flooring system and widely used on highways for soundproof walls for reducing vehicle noise. It has proven to be great for fire rating and a sound proof material.

Sign & banner installation and repairs:
Any sign installation or banner installs, removal and repairs.

Video and photographic documentation:
Catered towards industrial areas where there is constant wear and tear and clients need to document the condition of affected area.

Sealing and corking:
Silicon sealing, Fire rated corking and sealing etc. After time, silicon around windows and on façade break down and needs to be stripped out and re applied.

Gutter Protection and gutter cleaning:
A lot of buildings gutters are an access problem. Gutter protection comes in Aluminium mesh(Fire Rated) which is needed in fire prone areas and a High Density Polyethelene which is a long life durable plastic. It is usually used in leafy areas to ensure gutter flow.

Height Safety Systems:
We fit horizontal lifelines, ladder safe systems, versirail® and overhead systems. We also fit standard anchor point eyebolts for Fall Arrest for people working on roof tops or Rope Access for abseiling which can be fitted into concrete, steel beams, wood beams and roof sheeting. They are load tested and certified to Australian Standards. Other systems include safety ladders with lifelines in case of fall, roof hatches, static lines which at least 3 men can attach at one time and work easily around the building with detaching, safety railings and walkways for roof tops. We supply CAD Drawings for the design of the system from certified engineers then fit and certify these systems. These systems once implemented approve with Workcover requirements to comply with OH&S.
